Cancellation policy

More than 2 hours before

Cancel more than 2 hours before your session and 100% of what you paid becomes credit for a future session.

Less than 2 hours before

Cancel less than 2 hours before and 50% of what you paid becomes credit for a future session. We keep the other 50%. There is no extra fee on top of your booking.

No-shows

If you don’t arrive, the session is charged in full. Your entry code expires at the end of your booked time.

Arriving late

Your session ends at the booked time so the next guest can start on time.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months. Sessions paid with a gift card follow the same cancellation rules, and any credit goes back on the card.

House rules

Your time

Your 90 minutes include changing and showering. Please leave the room on time.

Guests

Private Infrared Room: up to 2 guests. Ritual Room: up to 5 shared or 8 private. Guests must be 18 or older.

Before the heat

Shower before you go in and always sit on a towel.

Look after yourself

Drink water before and after. If you’re pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first. Leave the heat if you feel unwell.

No alcohol or smoking

Don’t use the sauna after drinking alcohol. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside.

Keep it quiet

In shared sessions, keep voices low and phones silent. No photos or filming of other guests.

Leave it as you found it

Put used towels in the basket and take your belongings with you. Damage to the space may be charged.
